Welcome to the official, non-imitation, 100% genuine, with no preservatives, blog for the wedding of Fernanda Ferreira and Matthew Propeck.

We aim to use this site to keep our beloveds informed and intune with our wedding on Friday, September 25th, 2009 at 8:00 PM.

So, that's the first bit of news for you! The date changed!

Yes, the date moved forward one day because we couldn't find a decent and affordable venue on the 26th. Who knew four months advance notice wouldn't be enough? Who would have thought most spaces are rented each Saturday until late next year? We didn't, so we had to move the date.

Good news is though, Friday night weddings are supposed to be common and a lot of fun in Brazil! And we'll have one extra day to recover from the festa!

This blog will be bi-lingual. Written in English for the gringos by myself, Matt, while Nanda will be contributing to the Portuguese portions.
